Before any treatment begins, your licensed specialist performs a scalp analysis.

This isn't a brief once-over. We're assessing your scalp's actual condition — sebum levels, buildup, sensitivity, any signs of congestion or irritation — so that what follows is tailored specifically to you.

Based on what we find, we select the appropriate OWay botanical treatment for your scalp:

How long does a head spa appointment take?

The Signature Ritual runs 60 to 65 minutes. The Express Ritual is 30 to 35 minutes, and the Signature VIP runs 90 to 95 minutes. All sessions are by appointment only.

Will my hair be dry when I leave?

For the Signature Ritual and below, hair is not blow dried — you'll leave with clean, towel-dried hair. The Signature VIP includes a 30-minute luxury blow dry. If you'd like a blow dry added to a lower tier, ask when booking.
