How do I book an appointment?
Appointments are booked online through our Acuity Scheduling system. Visit the Book Now button at the top of any page or go directly to our booking page. We are an appointment-only spa.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! LUSTRE E-gift certificates are available online and make a beautiful gift for any occasion. Options start at $79 for an Express Ritual and go up to $184 for a Headspa + Blow Dry experience.
PREPARING FOR YOUR VISIT
Do I need to prepare my hair before my appointment?
No special preparation is needed — and no need for freshly washed hair. Come as you are, with your natural hair free from heavy styling products. This allows our specialists to accurately assess your scalp condition and choose the best treatment approach.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Come dressed comfortably. You will remain fully clothed throughout your ritual — our service focuses entirely on the scalp and hair.
How long will my appointment take?
Appointment times range from 30 minutes (Express) to 90–95 minutes (VIP). Plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early for your first visit so we can complete your scalp consultation.
Can I bring someone with me?
Absolutely. We offer the Double Headspa Ritual for two guests who wish to experience their ritual together — each in their own private room for a fully individualized experience.
WHO IS IT FOR?
What hair types are suitable for a head spa?
Our head spa rituals are suitable for all hair types — straight, curly, wavy, or coily. Please note: we are unable to perform services on guests with extensions, braids, locs, or sew-ins, as these obstruct safe access to the scalp. We recommend scheduling between installation appointments.
Is a head spa suitable for sensitive scalps?
Yes. Every LUSTRE ritual is customized to your scalp's unique needs. We use certified organic and chemical-free OWay products, and our specialists adjust every step of the treatment based on your scalp consultation. If you have known sensitivities, simply mention it when booking.
Will the treatment help with dandruff, hair thinning, or scalp irritation?
Our head spa rituals and OWay add-on treatments can help address dandruff, excess oil, scalp irritation, dryness, and follicle congestion. Regular scalp massage increases circulation to the follicle, while our targeted treatments remove the buildup that can slow hair growth. For significant or sudden hair loss, we recommend consulting a dermatologist in addition to scalp care.
Is LUSTRE Headspa right for men?
Yes. Our Gentlemen's Headspa Ritual is specifically designed for men — a 45–55 minute bespoke experience using premium OWay products. Many of our male clients come in for scalp health, stress relief, and hair wellness.
