LUSTRE Headspa – Terms & Conditions
By booking an appointment at LUSTRE Headspa (Lakeland or Palm Harbor locations), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time.

Group bookings (3 or more guests) require 1 week’s notice for cancellation or changes.

Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 30% cancellation fee.

No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Late Arrivals

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment start time.

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened session or cancellation at full charge to ensure we stay on schedule for all clients.
Liability Waiver

By booking and receiving services at LUSTRE Headspa, clients understand that all treatments are provided by licensed professionals and results may vary.

Clients accept that individual responses to products and treatments may differ and release LUSTRE Headspa from liability for any adverse reactions.

If you have known sensitivities, allergies, or medical concerns, please inform your technician prior to the service.
General Policies

LUSTRE Headspa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including health or safety concerns.

Pricing, service availability, and policies are subject to change without notice.

Promotions and discounts may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
