LUSTRE Headspa – Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment at LUSTRE Headspa (Lakeland or Palm Harbor locations), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time.

  • Group bookings (3 or more guests) require 1 week’s notice for cancellation or changes.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 30% cancellation fee.

  • No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment start time.

  • Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened session or cancellation at full charge to ensure we stay on schedule for all clients.

Liability Waiver

  • By booking and receiving services at LUSTRE Headspa, clients understand that all treatments are provided by licensed professionals and results may vary.

  • Clients accept that individual responses to products and treatments may differ and release LUSTRE Headspa from liability for any adverse reactions.

  • If you have known sensitivities, allergies, or medical concerns, please inform your technician prior to the service.

General Policies

  • LUSTRE Headspa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including health or safety concerns.

  • Pricing, service availability, and policies are subject to change without notice.

  • Promotions and discounts may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
