Yes. Each guest is in their own separate treatment room for the full duration of the ritual. You share the booking, the arrival, and the departure — the treatment itself is entirely private.
What if we have different hair types or scalp conditions?
That's exactly the point. Each guest's scalp is assessed individually, and OWay treatments are selected based on each person's specific condition. One guest might receive the Rebalancing treatment for oily scalp while the other receives Soothing for sensitivity. The ritual adapts to each person.

Nothing. Arrive with your natural hair — no special preparation needed. The ritual begins with a scalp analysis, so everything is assessed and selected on arrival. Please note LUSTRE is unable to serve guests with extensions, braids, locs, or sew-ins.
